Right of Withdrawal

PettyItalia is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers. We hope that you are always satisfied with the purchases made on Petty.com, but if you change your mind here we explain what you can do to return an item.

If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you can still decide to return the item to us, without having to provide any reason, within 15 calendar days of its delivery.

If you purchase as a "consumer", in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is illustrated here, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price of the item without shipping.

We will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you have provided evidence of having returned it to Pettyitalia, depending on which situation occurs first.

Any costs for returning the product are at your expense. Except in cases where a free return is provided, if the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

Please package the product appropriately and return it using the personalized return label.

Please note that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. For greater security, if the value of the product to be returned is more than EUR 75, we suggest that you return the item to us by sending it with proof of receipt.
