Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed regularly from Monday to Friday. Petty Italia will do its best to process, ship and deliver the order as quickly as possible after receiving payment.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address indicated by standard international mail. The delivery period as shown on the website is indicative. External factors, such as internal availability, payment method and weather conditions, may affect the delivery period.
Petty Italia takes great care to ensure that its products are shipped correctly. If the Customer should unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, we ask to be contacted immediately.
Petty Italia makes every effort to display its products on its website as accurately and comprehensively as possible. However, it is in the nature of the products offered that there may be differences (such as color differences) between the image of the products on the website and the product that was delivered, should this happen the Customer request the right of return as described in these Conditions.
Policy and Returns
To ensure full satisfaction of its customers, Petty Italia accepts returns within 7 days of purchase. If the Customer is not happy with the product purchased for any reason, he can request an exchange, a voucher for the value of the amount spent or a refund.
How to request a return
The request for a return must be reported in any case in written form via email by writing in the subject "Return request" and mentioning the date and order number. You will receive a response within a very short time with acceptance or denial, depending on the case, together with clear instructions for making the return. No return will be accepted unless previously authorized in written form (email). Necessary requirements to obtain replacement or refund.
All returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in "as new" condition and ready to be resold. They must have all the original seals, labels, boxes or wrappings intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with the transportation costs charged.
